Energy-Efficient Servo-Driven Box Erecting and Gluing Machine
Prepac WS-e is a servo-driven machine for erecting and gluing open corrugated cardboard boxes, with or without stacking tabs. The electric drive makes it highly energy-efficient compared to fully pneumatic machines.
The slanted ergonomic sheet magazine tilts down for loading, even during operation, making it accessible for shorter operators.
The Prepac WS-e is equipped with hot melt. Adjusting the position and length of the glue beads is simple. The machine’s movements are pneumatic, controlled and monitored via contactless sensors by a PLC.
