Our automated palletizer enhances productivity by eliminating monotonous work and heavy lifting. It utilizes an automated robotic arm with specially designed grippers to lift goods from a conveyor belt and place them safely and accurately onto a pallet. The machine can handle e.g. boxes, bags, bottles, cans, as well as various other storage products, depending on the gripper configuration. Additionally, our palletizer can retrieve a pallet from the pallet stack and place it onto the pallet conveyor, eliminating the need for an extra operator or machine for the task, which streamlines operations and reduces labour costs.
This equipment features a modular design with a wide range of configurations, allowing it to be tailored to meet your specific needs and budget. The variety of customizable gripper options enables it to handle different types of products, while the capability to integrate multiple robots in one cell allows for scalability and adaptability in various production environments. Forklifts or AGVs can easily access the conveyor to remove the finished pallets, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
