Tray Erector Model 5K

Advanced Machine for Erecting and Gluing Corrugated Boxes
The Prepac 5K is a machine designed for erecting and gluing open boxes in corrugated cardboard with or without stacking edge. The machine is adapted for the erection of a format, but is convertible to a variety of box designs and formats.
The sheets are drawn from the magazine and fed forward while the glue is applied. The sheet is raised, and the glue is pressed when the plunger passes through the forming tools. All movements that transport the sheet are servo-driven, ensuring high availability, low energy consumption, and high capacity.
The machine is built with a stainless steel frame and parts made of electroplated steel, aluminum, and POM.
Even in its standard configuration, a range of functions is accessible via an HMI. Some examples include:
- Machine speed (set the percentage of how fast the machine should operate)
- Week timer for glue on/off
