Streamlined Cardboard Folding with Robotic Precision
Our Robotic Erector Cell streamlines the workflow by optimizing the cardboard folding process. The cell consists of a fixture and a robot, which is equipped with custom-built grippers and plungers, allowing it to handle larger boxes than any of our other packaging machines. The robotic arm efficiently picks up the cardboard directly from the pallet within the cell, ensuring smooth and automated handling. Using the fixture, the robot positions the box correctly, then presses the cardboard into shape with its plungers while simultaneously gluing the flaps in place to complete the box assembly.
Any size can be handled as long as proprietaries of the corrugated cardboard allows it. Built to meet each customer’s specific needs, the custom-built gripper allows the machine to be tailored to your exact box sizes and configurations, ensuring it meets your precise production requirements. By eliminating physical strain on operators, our Robotic Erector ensures precision and consistency in every fold.
