Our pallet collar builder is an innovative and patented solution that enhances productivity while eliminating labour-intensive tasks and the risk of injury. The machine picks pallet collars directly from a collar stack, raises the collar and places it onto a pallet. After the collars are stacked, they are conveyed away for easy access by forklifts or AGVs, improving workflow and efficiency.
Tailored to meet customer requirements, it handles both new and used pallets and pallet collars of various sizes. The custom-built gripper allows the machine to be built to accommodate different sizes of pallets and pallet collars, providing flexibility based on your needs. As a modular concept, the machine allows for easy integration of additional features, such as adding a bottom board and stacking finished pallets on top of each other, optimizing space utilization. Our equipment can assemble collars on both empty and loaded pallets.
