Our Auto nailing board replacement cell consists of multiple units, with one robot. The pre-cut pallets, preferably from our pallet dismantling cell, are fed onto a conveyor belt that transports them into the first machine, the fixture.

This machine secures the pallet elements in the correct position. The robot, equipped with our custom-built gripper both handles, nail and boards. It picks a board from our board magazine and places it with precision exactly where it needs to go on the pallet. The nail hopper feeds the robot’s nail guns with nails, which nails the element. If a pallet block is missing, an Auto nailing block replacement cell must be installed adjacent to the cell to be able to replace all elements.
