Versatile Machine for Erecting and Gluing Corrugated Boxes with Customizable Formats<\/span><\/h2>\n

Prepac 3k is a machine designed for erecting and gluing open corrugated cardboard boxes, with or without stacking tabs. The machine is customized for erecting a specific box format, but can be reconfigured for a wide range of box constructions and formats.<\/p>\n

The erecting unit\u2019s sheet magazine is top-mounted and holds a stack of sheets approximately 400mm high. The sheet is pulled down and fed, with the long side leading, under the plunger while glue beads are applied by the machine\u2019s hot melt system. The sheet is erected and the glue is pressed when the plunger passes through the forming tools.<\/p>\n

The machine\u2019s movements are powered by pneumatic and electric drives, controlled and monitored by a Mitsubishi PLC.<\/p>\n
