The Prepac 6 K is a new machine designed for the automatic erection and gluing of open corrugated cardboard boxes. Specifically engineered to handle boxes with bottom dimensions matching that of an EUR pallet, so it easily can fit over the products as a pallet cover. The machine efficiently retrieves its sheets directly from a pallet. With all the sheet-handling movements driven by servos, the machine ensures high operational availability, low energy consumption, and exceptional throughput capacity.<\/p>\n

Built with a robust welded frame and components made from electro-galvanized steel, aluminium, and POM, the Prepac 6K is designed for durability and long-lasting performance. Polycarbonate safety shields protect operators during operation, ensuring safety at all times.
